I like this statement because its important to realise and also to feel ok that as a Manager we dont always know everything that relates to the job we maybe doing, however it is important to have a team of specialists that do!. If you want to lead a successful team, it is essential to surround yourself with experts and then learn from them! hopefully a long this journey they will learn some skills from you as well. Either way the results usually equal a happy team who feels valued and respected for the knowledge they have spent their career accumulating.
