Yesterday, I heard a Senior Leader say: “HPtE is about industrial relations and working with Unions”. While an HPtE Strategy will have an impact on industrial relations it is more than an industrial relations strategy.

Of course, if your workforce is unionised then it will be easier if you engage with the Union Leaders. In fact, it could be your advantage.
